Fishing competitions are held every 3-4 weeks from early February to early November.   The dates of each competition are set by the committee members at the start of the year and will be distributed to members in the way of a documented fishing calendar.

Competition weigh ins are held at the Alice River Anglers club house situated in the Progress Hall Progress Road, Rupertswood.  Weigh in time is 4pm – 5pm on the Sunday afternoon. (Or Monday if a long weekend)  A free sausage sizzle is held after competitions with drinks and alcohol available. 

We hold General Meetings of the club throughout the year after weigh ins, where feedback is welcomed from members.
